Service Description

Unlock your creative potential with our Do It Yourself Product Photography service. This offering provides you with access to a fully equipped photography studio, where you can bring your own photographer or handle the shoot independently. Perfect for those who prefer to take control of their product’s visual presentation, this package includes a 45-minute photography session followed by 15 minutes for egress. You’ll have access to all studio materials, except the computer, allowing you to bring your vision to life with professional-grade equipment. To ensure data security, only brand new SD cards or USB devices that have never been used will be permitted in the studio's devices. Additionally, Bluetooth and wireless sharing options are available for seamless file transfers. Upon completion, all raw files will be provided via a Google Drive link, which will be accessible for 7 days. Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance, with a 50% non-refundable down payment required to secure your session. You are allowed up to three reschedules, with each reschedule request needing to be made at least 48 hours before the original appointment. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the booking and down payment.

Cancellation Policy

Terms of Service 1. General Terms Bookings: All services provided by Zaphira Digital Advertising Corporation are strictly by appointment only. No walk-ins are permitted. Clients must secure their booking at least 7 days prior to the desired appointment date. Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due upon the scheduled service date. Rescheduling Policy: Clients are allowed up to three (3) reschedule requests. Each reschedule request must be made at least 48 hours before the original appointment. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the booking, and the down payment will be non-refundable. Session Time: Each package includes a specified duration for the photoshoot and egress. Exceeding the allocated time may incur additional charges. File Delivery: All final files will be delivered via a Google Drive link, accessible for 7 days. After this period, files will no longer be available for download, and the client is responsible for securing their files within this timeframe. Equipment Use: Clients are free to use all available materials in the studio, excluding computers. Only brand new, unused SD cards or USB devices are allowed for data transfer within the studio.
